As per the formal letter issued by FIFA
players’ status committee, SAIPA club’s complaint from football ex-coaches
Lorant and Firat became effective. According to SAIPA Cultural and Sport
Co. public relations dep.; through International and legal follow ups of
SAIPA club in a complaint from Lorant and Firat, final verdict in favor of
SAIPA was issued, in order to demand justice. This report indicates that,
as per the players’ status committee’s verdict, Lorant and Firat shall pay
Euro 300,000 and 60,000 accordingly. Moreover one of the most important
decisions made in this committee was that the cost of the proceedings in
the amount of CHF 10,000 and 5,000 be paid by Lorant and Firat, within one
month after the notification of this decision.
It should be said that according to
FIFA’s decision, none of these coaches shall have the right to protest
against this decision.
